Thank you for shopping with Teach Bytes Teaching.
These Terms of Sale outline the agreement between you (the customer) and us (Teach Bytes Teaching) when you purchase digital products through our Payhip store.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

Teach Bytes Teaching provides downloadable digital teaching resources for educators and students.

2. Digital Products

All our products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an automatic download link via Payhip.

If you have any issues accessing your files, please contact us using the email above.

3. Usage Rights

All resources are the intellectual property of Teach Bytes Teaching and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for:

• Your own personal use, or

• Classroom or educational use (if applicable).
  
  

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or upload the files anywhere publicly.

• Claim the materials as your own.
  
  

If you’d like to use our materials for a wider purpose (e.g., school-wide or commercial use), please contact us for permission.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Payhip, using Stripe or PayPal.
Teach Bytes Teaching does not store or have access to your payment card details.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”

However, if:

• you experience a technical issue,

• you receive the wrong file, or

• the product is defective,
  
  

please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue — either by replacing the file or offering a refund at our discretion.

6. Delivery

After purchase, you’ll receive an automatic download link via email from Payhip.
Please download your files promptly and back them up for safekeeping.

If you do not receive your download link, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure our products are accurate and of high quality, Teach Bytes Teaching is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from use or misuse of our materials, or

• Any technical issues outside our control (e.g., Payhip downtime, internet connectivity).
  
  

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale occasionally.
The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our products means you accept the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of the United Kingdom.
